THE COMPLETE BUSINESS BRIEF

From first bottle
to a working business.

Every part of the brief stays visible here. “Built” means the workflow exists; it does not mean entered products, legal terms, provider connections or physical production are approved.

Built · preview

Two brand storefronts

Yawen / Leon

SURI and SERAYA have separate mobile layouts, product stories, bottle artwork and bags. Products, prices and names remain samples.

  • Approve names and trademark checks
  • Supply final products, photos, prices and product facts
  • Connect checkout and fulfilment before taking money
Built

Four team accounts

Owner

Individual username logins, single-use password setup, session expiry, owner recovery and server-enforced brand access.

  • Distribute the four private setup links
  • Each person chooses a password
  • Review partner report access after the agreement
Draft · decisions needed

Partnership

Vee / Yawen / Leon

Eight-page plain-language draft separates ownership, work pay, commission and profit; includes spending, exits, disputes and temporary hosting.

  • Agree economics and decision authority
  • Choose entity structure with professional advice
  • Complete schedules and sign the reviewed version
Built · manual records

Purchasing & landed cost

Operations

Multi-line MYR/CNY POs, estimated versus actual freight, partial accepted and damaged quantities, evidence references and exact-sen cost allocations.

  • Supply actual Pinduoduo order links, bills and payments
  • Record freight once across receipt allocations
  • Supplier refunds and later cost adjustments need separate accounting reconciliation
Built · controlled pilot

Production & stock

Production

Material reservations, recipe snapshots, quality observations, approval, release, yield costs and consignment stock reconciliation.

  • Replace every sample BOM with an approved specification
  • Confirm units, lots, storage rules and quality tests
  • Complete lot-to-customer recall and stock-count procedures before scale
Built · manual records

Creators, agents & outlets

Sales

Creator/outlet pipelines, seller rates, sale snapshots, returns, commission approvals, payout records and consignment sell-through.

  • Sign creator and outlet terms
  • Choose attribution windows and payout eligibility
  • Connect TikTok or import verified settlement records; no automatic outreach is enabled
Built · management view

Accounting & reports

Accounting

Brand and combined operating reports plus a separate manual double-entry ledger with trial balance, accounting equation and journal reversals.

  • Load opening balances and accounting policy
  • Reconcile bank, platform and supplier records
  • Operational records do not auto-post to the ledger; tax and statutory accounts require accountant-approved reconciliation
Connection needed

Five department robots

Owner

Marketing, Operations, Accounting, Sales and Production each have a saved charter, bounded checks and report history. AI provider is not connected.

  • Enable OpenAI Developers and authorize a perfume-scoped API key
  • Choose model and spend limits
  • Test source-grounded outputs; financial or external actions need human approval
Plan + campaign register

Marketing & validation

Marketing

Campaign budgets, outcomes and brand-specific leads can be recorded. First launch plan tests scents, packaging and price with real local customers.

  • Interview 15–20 willing customers across two channels
  • Run a small scent/price test with clearly labelled samples
  • Measure real reach, paid spend, qualified enquiries and repeat purchases
Concepts · supplier details needed

Packaging & brand assets

Marketing / Production

Editable SURI and SERAYA label concepts and original bottle/carton artwork are included. These are not production dielines.

  • Obtain bottle, cap, pump and carton supplier dimensions
  • Approve material, finish, MOQ and label content
  • Order and check physical samples before a print run
Evidence needed

Product & business readiness

Named responsible person

Names, legal entity, product responsibility, cosmetics requirements and substantiated claims must be resolved before a commercial launch.

  • Confirm NPRA notification and label requirements
  • Review privacy, returns, shipping and consumer terms
  • Record formula, safety, supplier and claim evidence
Temporary SSME domain

Hosting & continuity

Owner

perfume.ssmehub.com is the intended temporary address. The perfume site keeps separate data and source; no ownership of SSME assets is implied.

  • Keep activation links and credentials private
  • Export records and retain receipt evidence
  • After naming, move domain and infrastructure with a tested restore and cutover

A launch in five steps

1 · Agree the foundation

The three partners choose economic terms, responsibilities, legal structure and provisional launch budget. Name checks precede printing.

2 · Validate a small range

Test two or three scents per brand, packaging usability, price and gifting/own-use demand. Record consent and feedback without inventing testimonials.

3 · Make a controlled pilot

Approve specifications, suppliers, actual landed costs, quality criteria, lot traceability and labels. Reconcile one complete batch before expanding.

4 · Test selling channels

Try one online offer and one physical outlet/event. Get venue permission. Use signed seller terms and reconcile stock, returns and settlements.

5 · Scale what pays

Review contribution after all fees, commissions, returns and wastage. Reorder only from reconciled evidence and an approved cash budget.

Packaging purchase checklist

For every bottle, pump, cap, label, box, seal, insert, shipping carton and gift option: supplier and listing link; item and version; dimensions; material and finish; MOQ; unit price and currency; shipping weight; lead time; defect allowance; assembly time; landed MYR cost; sample approval; required label content and print proof. A supplier’s approved dieline determines print dimensions.

Reports to use together

Weekly: sales and contribution by brand/channel/SKU, stock and reorder needs, production yield, overdue orders, seller balances, cash commitments and pending decisions. Monthly: reconcile evidence to bank/platform records, review campaign spend and actual outcomes, supplier performance, returns, partner economics and approved distributions. The current management reports are not audited or statutory accounts.
